Course / Tour Booking Form

If you wish to register a booking for any SignaturePhoto photography course, workshop or tour please fill in and send the form below.
If you specify on form you wish to pay by Bank EFT our bank details will be emailed to you. If you wish to pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal, Stripe online payment processing or Paypal will email you a payment request once your form has been received by us to process your credit card or Paypal payment.
To secure your booking we require full payment. Confirmation of your payment will be sent to you via email. By completing this booking form you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Refund / Cancellation Policy: Course fees are non-refundable. During Covid-19 times we have a more flexible re-scheduling policy: 7 days notice is allowed in writing/email if you wish to transfer to a different course date; 24 hours notice if you must Covid-isolate (proof will be required). Clients are requested if they have flu-like symptoms, a cough or are feeling unwell to stay at home and re-schedule.
We reserve the right to cancel any course/workshop with inadequate enrollment. In the event this occurs you will be offered a full refund or the option of transferring to another future course date. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule any course, due to bad weather, instructor illness, an 'act of God', or due to an event outside our reasonable control. Courses and workshops proceed whether the sun shines or not! (Some of the best shots are captured in overcast /storm cloudy weather). In the event of severe weather conditions i.e heavy rain forecast (as opposed to light rain) the morning of course, an sms will be sent to your mobile advising you of course being cancelled and to notify us of a future course date you want to transfer to.
