When you book a photography course or workshop from SignaturePhoto Photography Courses website, we need to know your name, telephone number and e-mail address to process your booking. So that we can track your order, we will retain your order information for our records.
SignaturePhoto Photography Courses may disclose names and email addresses to related or unrelated third parties if consent has been obtained from you, such as PayPal for the purpose of processing online payments via credit card for our courses and workshops.
As a service, from time-to-time SignaturePhoto Photography Courses may use the email address you provide to us, to email notifications of future photography courses, workshops and tours. We agree to use the email address you provide only to send our announcements to you. You may unsubscribe from receiving any email notifications at any time by emailing us though the Contact Form on the www.signaturephoto.com.au website.
SignaturePhoto (Sarah Jenkins Design) has a current Public Liability Insurance policy. SignaturePhoto aims to provide every participant with a safe, educational and enjoyable experience during the courses and workshops. We accept no responsibility or liability that is not covered by our Public Liability Insurance policy, for injury, death, illness, accident, losses or additional expenses associated with course or workshop participation. Nor do we accept responsibility for damage to equipment, property or digital data loss. Every participant must assess their own suitability, in terms of fitness, for the course or workshop that they join. Photography equipment is your own responsibility. You must notify us of any medical condition that we should know about.
Payment of a course or workshop booking fee represents your acceptance of all terms and conditions as outlined on this page. Please note that all your information is completely confidential.
Covid-19 Safety Guidelines
The health and safety of our instructors and clients is a priority. During our group photography courses and private training lessons we will adhere to NSW Government Covid-19 safety guidelines. By attending our photography courses or private training lessons you agree:
* That you participate at your own risk of you contracting Covid-19.
* That you are not experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 illness.
* Clients are requested if they have flu-like symptoms or are feeling unwell to stay at home and re-schedule their course or training lesson date.
Course Refund/ Cancellation
Course fees are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.14 days notice is required in writing/email if you wish to transfer to a different course date.
SignaturePhoto reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any course, due to inadequate enrollment, bad weather, instructor illness, an 'act of God', or a 'Force Majeure Event' due to an event outside our reasonable control or a pandemic.
We reserve the right to take photographic images, (both still and video) during any of our workshops/ courses in which you may be attending and therefore you may appear in such content which may be used for promotional purposes, submissions, advertising and records. SignaturePhoto permits participants to use any images captured by them during this workshop for self-promotion only.
Policy on Disclosure of Information
SignaturePhoto Photography Courses will not sell, trade, or rent any of the personal information you provide to us.
